Important Notes For Your Order

If a group should be reduced to less than 3 participants for snowboard lessons or less than 4 participants for ski lessons, we reserve the right to merge groups or to reduce the number of lessons.

Changes of instructors are possible due to our flexible organisation.

We do not assume any liability for accidents occurring during or before lessons. It is the responsibility of course participants to avail of accident and liability insurance.

Refund of the course fee (difference) due to injury or illness only upon presentation of a medical cert. Only unused days will be refunded.

Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be refunded. Private lessons take place regardless of the weather conditions. The course ticket is not transferrable! Unused course days expire!

For organisational reasons, charges of 50% or at least EUR 80 for booked private instructors may occur one day (24 hours) prior to the start of the course. In case of cancellation up to 12 hours before attendance, we will charge 80% of the costs and in case of cancellation or non-appearance on the same day, 100% of the costs will be charged.

Images and videos taken during the performance of the contract by the Ski and Snowboard School Haus i. E. or by a third party commissioned by the them, may be used by Ski and Snowboard School Haus i. E. for advertising purposes.  The Contracting Party expressly agrees to the publication of such works in electronic media, in particular the website, Facebook fan page and other social media platforms of Ski and Snowboard School Haus i.E., but also to the publication in promotional material of the Ski and Snowboard School Haus i. E. Customer data is collected and may be used for newsletters and mailings from the Ski and Snowboard School Haus i. E. Your data will not be transmitted to third parties.

The contract partner has to inform the Ski & Snowboard School about his skills and experiences with skiing and snowboarding, truthfully and comprehensively. The contract partner alone is responsible for renting and paying for ski and snowboard equipment, which is up to modern standards. The equipment and in particular the bindings must be checked by a specialist company before the lessons begin. The Ski and Snowboard School Haus i. E. assumes no liability for this. The Contracting Party must also inform and enlighten the Ski and Snowboard School about any special conditions associated with the general state of health.

All deliveries and services of the Snow Sports School made by online order via the internet and all other online services are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Content of the Online Offer

The Ski and Snowboard School Haus im Ennstal (hereinafter "author") does not assume any liability for the correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided, nor does he guarantee that all the information is up-to-date. Liability claims against the author, concerning damage of idealistic or of a material kind, which was caused by the use or non-use of the presented information and/or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are in principle impossible, insofar as a non-deliberate or roughly negligent fault can be proved on the part of the author.

All offers are subject to change and are non-binding. The author expressly retains the right to amend, supplement, delete or discontinue the publication, temporarily or permanently, of parts of the pages or the entire offerings without special notice having been given.

For direct or indirect references to third-party websites ("links"), which are not within the area of responsibility of the author, a liability obligation would come into force exclusively in the case, where the author has knowledge about the content and it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent the use of illegal content.

The author hereby expressly states that at the time of the setting of the links there was no illegal content recognizable with the linked pages. The author does not have any influence on the current and future organisation, the contents or the authorship of the linked pages. However, due to the sole mentioning of a brand or trademark, no conclusion can be drawn, that brand names are not protected by third-party rights!

The copyright for published objects, produced by the author itself, remains exclusively with the author of the pages. Reproduction or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications shall not be allowed without the author’s express consent.

Booking and reservation of ski and snowboard courses

The use of the ski lifts is not included in the course fees. The Ski School does not assume responsibility for failures of the cable cars and lift facilities and, in this case, does not refund any costs arising from unused lesson hours.

Cancellation policy for group courses booked online

In the event of injury or illness, the difference for unused services (i.e. days not used) will only be refunded on submission of a medical certificate and an administration fee of EUR 25.00 will be retained. Cancellations received up to 1 week before the start of the course will be refunded minus an administration fee of EUR 25.00. In the event of a cancellation 1 day (24 hours) before the start of the course, we will charge for a 1/2 day/course + an administration fee of EUR 25.00. In the event of a cancellation or non-appearance on the same day, we will charge for a full course day + administration fee of EUR 25.00.

Cancellation policy for private courses booked online

Cancellations received up to 1 week before the start will be refunded minus an administration fee of EUR 25.00. In the event of a cancellation 1 day (24 hours) prior to the course, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% or at least EUR 80.00, + € 25.00 administration fee. In case of cancellation up to 12 hours before attendance, we will charge 80% of the costs + € 25.00 administration fee. In the event of a cancellation or non-appearance on the same day, we will charge 100% + an administration fee of EUR 25.00.

Place of jurisdiction, place of fulfilment and governing law

Place of fulfilment is the central headquarter of the Ski School/the Ski Rental. Place of jurisdiction for any disputes will be the competent court at the central headquarters of the Ski School/the Ski Rental. Austrian Law applies. The contract language is German.
